Refund Policy
At Clean State Co, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with the service provided, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

1. Service Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

You notify us of a major issue within 24 hours of service completion.

The service was not delivered as booked (e.g., wrong date, incomplete clean).

You cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance.
In these cases, we may offer a full or partial refund, or provide a re-clean free of charge, at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Same-day cancellations or no-shows

Issues reported more than 24 hours after service completion

Areas or items not included in the original booking
-
Pre-existing damage or cleaning challenges that were not disclosed
3. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take slightly longer depending on your provider.
