These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking with Clean State Co or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Clean State Co provides residential and commercial cleaning services within Dubai. Services include regular cleans, deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, and specialist add-ons such as carpet cleaning, AC cleaning, and post-construction cleans.
3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or approved platforms.
• Payment is required in advance or on the day of service, depending on the agreement.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or secure card payment gateways.
• Prices are quoted in AED and include VAT if applicable.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
5. Access to Property
Customers must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not possible or delayed beyond 15 minutes without prior notice, the booking may be cancelled and subject to a fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure valuables and fragile items are safely stored away.
• Notify us of any sensitive areas, damaged surfaces, or special instructions before the clean.
• Clean State Co is not responsible for pre-existing damage or poor material quality.
7. Liability & Insurance
We take care in handling your space, but in the rare case of damage or loss, customers must report it within 24 hours of service completion. Clean State Co holds public liability insurance for all operations.
8. Staff Conduct
Our cleaners are vetted and trained. Customers agree not to solicit or employ Clean State Co staff for private work outside of our service agreement. Breach of this term may result in legal action.
9. Data & Privacy
All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Dubai jurisdiction.
